EARLY BRONCO CONVERSION

 

THIS IS FOR EVERY EARLY BRONCO FRONT DRIVELINE WITH A DANA 20 TRANSFER CASE.

 WE MAKE A FLANGE TO MOUNT TO YOUR TRANSFER CASE. THEN WE ADD OUR DANA 44 TO

 TOYOTA FLANGE AND MAKE A 41 DEGREE STRONG DRIVELINE NON C/V -THIS USUALLY DOES

NOT WORK WITH SUCH STEEP ANGLES IN ALL VEHICLES WITHOUT PRETTY BAD VIBRATIONS

-BUT THESE EARLY BRONCO'S HAVE AN  EXCEPTION -THIS ONE RUNS SMOOTH LOCKED IN 4 WD UP TO 50 MPH.

THE STOCK DRIVELINE WAS BOUND UP AND WOULD BARELY TURN -WHEN YOU SET

 CASTER RIGHT THE ANGLES ARE PRETTY BAD EVEN WITH A 4 " LIFT.
